Mothercare's 'Walkaround Exerciser'
Review of Mothercare Walkaround Exerciser by sallysmith1973

Advantages: You know where they are at all times!
Disadvantages: Some babies may not like it.

...can be obtained from your Mothercare store. Check screws regularly, as these may become loose and become dangerous for your child. This table is recommended for babies that can sit up unaided, but cannot walk unaided. Do not leave your child unattended in the seat at any time. As a general note:- Both of our children have had a lot of fun and use from this toy. Also too, as previously mentioned, I have lent it to others and their children have ...
...solid and well made. It has never been broken, but has had a huge amount of use/punishment!!! Be wary though, it is a large piece of plastic to try to store! Make sure you have room for it, as it will probably be left out and used daily! I would recommend it to anyone considering such a purchase. Also worth a look if you'd not really thought about purchasing a toy like this. We paid £60 for it, five years ago, and I've just checked on their website ... Read review

A Ferrari it Aint.
Review of Mothercare Go-Slo Excersier by kimp123

Advantages: Exercising activity. Fun.
Disadvantages: Dangerous. Needs constant supervision.

...because they enhance safety. Mothercare recommend that the Exerciser is only used for thirty minutes at a time. I found that my baby remained comfortable and happy during this period. He enjoyed a new found mobility and did play with the toys for a short while, but was much more interested in what else he could reach in this upright position. .….Price….. As already mentioned, I purchased my Exerciser from Mothercare and paid £39.99. At the time ...
...range model. .….Beware….. Mothercare provide a comprehensive list of safety notes, I will outline these and add a few of my own that I have become aware of. The Exerciser should only be used under STRICT adult supervision. Only to be used when your child can sit unaided. Only use for 30 mins at a time. For indoor use only. Make sure open fires are guarded. Block stairs securely. Only use on flat surfaces. Inspect for damage. Take note ... Read review

INTRODUCTION Ethan is now 9months old and trying to walk. Ethan as always wanted to be on his legs for as long as I can remember; you can't get him to sit for more then 5 minutes. This is where I decided to buy a walker for him to help him balance when he is trying to walk. Since buying this for Ethan he hasn't stopped playing with it. ABOUT THE BABY WALKER The walker is very simple and easy to assemble and takes matter of minutes to put together. ...
...walker and to put back to the walker, just lift the blue clip on the walker to release the activity centre and just clip it back onto the walker once you have finished with it. The walker is made from hard plastic which makes it very hardwearing which is what you need in a child's toy. The red textured wheels and the blue and yellow sturdy frame and the easy grip handle helps with the aid of Ethan's first steps, it gives him balance and courage ... Read review

Keeps baby amused for hours.
Review of VTech First Steps Baby Walker by nessie3105

Advantages: Lots of different activities; Colourful; Good price
Disadvantages: Walker moves when baby is playing with activity buttons

...exactly why we chose the Vtech baby walker, although it met our price criteria and looked like it had lots of different activities on it to keep Ellie amused. The baby walker was easy to assemble. It consists of a handled frame on wheels, which enables your baby to walk and push the frame along. At the bottom of the frame are three, colourful spinning rollers, which have beads and rattly bits inside that make nice sounds when they spin. There is ...
...I would definitely choose the vtech walker again. It has lots of different activities to stimulate babies and toddlers (suitable I would say from 6 months of age), it is bright and colourful and I'm sure Ellie will start to use the walking frame more now as she is beginning to stand more confidently with the aid of furniture and when holding hands. At just £21.97 (Argos catalogue price), I feel that the Vtech walker is good value for money also. ... Read review

Vtech First Steps Baby Walker. Fun for all!
Review of VTech First Steps Baby Walker by sallyspud

Advantages: Sturdy walker, with a fun educational toy attachment
Disadvantages: The detachable phone thats detached & under the sofa for several days!

...I came accross the vtech walker on Ebay. It looked fun & a great aid to help him toddle as he hadnt started to walk. I managed to win one at a stupid price of 99p, yep 99p, although it cost about £10 P&P, but it was still a bargain. It was used, a few times said the ad & sure enough it was perfect, still with the box & the phone was in the wrapper, the wheels werent marked, so a bargain was had. Now as you can see from the picture, as well as being ...
...it for any young child/toddler, Vtech say from 6 Months & I would have to agree with that. The technical bit.
