The company was established in 1960 originally in Paris; before the company went global during the 1980's colourful culture trend of vanity and amples of hair styles. Babyliss was a pioneering company that introduced many grooming products- Since the pioneers inspired....companies have used Babyliss as the benchmark for grooming products. ...I was a bit dubious at first as the price was so high, but I was so pleased when I used them for the first time. I felt that I had just walked out of the salon when I had only walked out of the bedroom!!!!!!!!!! I would definately recommend that anyone who is thinking about buying this product and is worried about the expense just go and buy them as they do work. The price was definately a factor in whether I bought them or not and as I already had a pair of Babyliss straighteners I thought that they would all be the same, but I took the plunge and would never go back to using another pair of straighteners again....
