Advantages: Makes you're hair very soft. Disadvantages: Not very fast.
...When I first saw the adverts for the BabylissBeliss hairdryer I thought "Great! Finally there's a way for me to get my hair reasonably straight quickly and just by drying it."
My hairs naturally very curly and thick so it takes forever to dry so I decided to purchase a BabylissBeliss hairdryer. At first I thought it was great and liked the way it made my hair feel very soft and smooth but it didn't make my hair too straight and my hair was still really frizzy once dry.
Not a great amount of air that comes out of the dryer but it is very hot. It also takes a lot of time and I eventually got bored of doing it with the attatchment. So if you are thinking of purchasing a BabylissBeliss hairdryer make sure you have lots of time to put into drying your hair and you aren't going to be using it when you're in a rush....

Advantages: Different angles makes it easier to do back of hair Disadvantages: when no attachment is on, it gets very very hot
...I got one of these for my birthday as my husband always seen me struggling with my straightners. I find that the 3 different angles you can move the head to helps with the back. I have mine set at the angle postition. You can choose from straight across, up and down or angled in the middle.
When it is angled it is easier to take the hair from the back and do it from the side if you can understand what I mean about that.
My hair is really thin and it seems to lst just as long as a straightner does in my hair but the bonus part of it is the time saving and it is also great for using on my kids hair. Makes them feel really special when they get their hair done with that hair dryer....

Advantages: less damaging than straightners, reliable bramd Disadvantages: doesn't work on all hair types, hard to get used to
...I bought this dryer because it promised to be an ultimate solution to all my problems - detangle, dry straighten and make them shine - all in one go! Moreover, it promised to be less damaging than hair straighteners. My experience was quite good. I have very thick hair and all I had to do was wash my hair and get to work with the 3 in 1 dryer. There are 4 settings depending on the thickness of your hair with 1 as less thick and 4 as most thick and I used 4! It worked well with my hair and it gave my hair true salon results. With my mum, who has much more thicker hair, it didn't work out to well as mine but her hair were somewhat more straight than natural but certainly not saloon looking. It is hard to get used to it but with practice, it will not be that bad!...

I have never really straightened my hair a lot, as it tend to look a little wrong when its uber straight, but I find them quite handy for just neatening up my hair before a night out.
Recently I've found myself using them more frequently, which when... more
