    Not so simple after all I like to keep my hair short and neat but not shaved completely off so this means going to the hairdressers ever 2 - 3 weeks for a trim costing 10 pounds each time not to mention the hassle of trying to get an appointment to fit in with hours etc. I decided to invest in a pair of clippers as I thought I would recoup the money within a few weeks on the savings I would make with not going to the hairdressers.     Like many fellas i too went through a phase of shaving all my hair off, in an attempt to follow that cruel thing called 'fashion'. But every time i had my hair shaved at my local barbers, it cost me around £8 or risk losing my ears and letting my partner shave it. Lol. So after seeing an advertisement for the Babyliss Easy Cut, on TV, I went to Argos and bought one for £49.99. My intensions were to use the Easy Cut to neaten up my hair, shave off bits that grow faster than others and to 'whizz over' my head on nights out. When i got the product home i was quite impressed.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Uneven cutting. Poor battery life. Not easy to use.

    In my opinion it doesn’t do what it says in the ads or what it says on the box. It does not cut evenly. It is not easy to use. On battery power it is weak and goes flat long before you finish the job. For about 12 years I’ve cut my own hair to between grade 2 to 6 using traditional clippers from Phillips. I’ve become quite adept at it! As my old clippers are getting a bit tired I decided to try the Babyliss Easy Cut. Straight out of the box it feels of reasonable quality. It needs a full 16hr charge before first use, which I did. And I lubricated it using the supplied oil as instructed. After ... more

    Advantages Advantages Trimmed my thick hair good and neat and a few more cuts it would have paid for itself many times!

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Having to trim hair first if its long with scissors and a long charge time.

    A lot of people seem to love giving this product negative reviews, this scared me too I must admit but after still buying the product and using it a few times I must say I can't find anything that was bad about it.People can say it has limited power and bad cutting power, however do they not know that you can use it plugged in if the battery starts to loose its charge. So your not totally stuck with half cut hair waiting for 16hrs for it to recharge. Plus if you trim your hair with the comb and scissors and even with the sideburn and neck trimmer thats all included in the pack first so that ... more

    I got this for my partner because, quite frankly, I was sick of him stealing the scissors and my razors at home! This clipper is a good product and I would always reccomend something from the babyliss range - call me a sucker for brands but I have never had a problem with the make when buying products before. The overall appearance isn't the typical appearance to clippers, at least not ones I've seen before but just like it says on the tin my partner found them easy to use and hold.
