i had my hair cut into a bob complete with concave about 6 weeks ago..since it had been done i basically got up in the morning ..washed it and left it to dry...my hair waves at the first sign of drying naturally and is extremely thick .and i normally have to use a lot of serum to get a shine..so i was very suprised when within 5 minutes i had a nice shaped shiny bob..(a little more attention and it would have been salon finished, but i was in a rush)..when my boyfriend came in he asked me had i been to have my hair done.....RESULT!
it does exactly what the manufacturer says it does..brilliant..im getting my mum one for xmas

Advantages: styles your hair in so many ways.. curles, straight, waves and so much more Disadvantages: are more expensive than other hair stylers
just need to take your time and use smaller sections.
I find GHD hair straightners great because I am one of those people always rushing around and the amount of times i`ve left my straighners on is unbelievable but GHds have a sleep mode where if they have not been used in 30 minutes the heaters turn off.
The ceramic plates of the stylers are made from aluminium and get get to the temperature of 180c.
GHDs are now more rounded than they used to be to create more looks.
They have a on/off switch on the straightners themselves which is simple to use and light that will come on with them, they with make a bleep sound when you turn them on and a light will come on. When they have heated up and are ready to use, which takes less than a minute, the light will flash and you will hear another bleep sound so you know they are ready ...
The BabylissBEliss 2x hairdryer is the next generation of the Babyliss hairdryers that have straightening 'teeth' as an attatchment in order to straighten you hair while it dries. To be clear 'straight' is a relative term. I have had conversations with girls with naturally poker straight hair who were complaining that they wanted to straighten it more. Sat next to them with a head of frizz I couldnt help but find this annoying.
And to put into context I do indeed have hair that is neither naturally straight or curly, but somewhere annoyingly inbetween. Its also quite thick and I have slight layers cut in and a shaping around my face to 'take the weight out of it' as the hairdresser puts it. I do believe this technical jargon is what i pay for rather than the cut, but hey... These shorter bits often curl or frizz after i dry my hair ...
