I own GHDS and I love the fact that they not only give a poker straight look but also they create very glamorous curls, My friend came to my house the other week and she had just purchased the Babylisspro porcelain revel conical wand curling tongs and she had done her hair that morning with them, her hair looked so amazing, the best I?ve seen it in years, I love the curls that ghd give don?t get me wrong but these tongs give a more bouncer curl and soon as I saw her hair I fell in love with the tongs, she told me I could try them out the next day, so the next day I went to her house and Tried them on my hair, and I loved them, I also curled my hair extensions with them and they looked fabulous.

I've owned my Babylisshairdryer for a couple of years now, and the hairdryer I owned previously was also Babyliss, so I am really pleased with this brand of hairdryer asI have found them to not only work effectively, but last a long time.
My hair is very thick and also long (to the middle of my back), so it takes a long time to dry it (usually when I visit a salon, two hairdressers dry it, it takes that long). I have found that this hairdryer drys it alot quicker than many I have tried. I thnk this is partly to do with the concentrator nozzle at the end (which is also great for styling!) as this concentrates the heat in one area at a time. There are also six heat settings, so you can choose one to suit your needs - there is also a cold setting, which is great for setting styles.

Advantages: Heats up quickly, looks nice, effective, many heat settings Disadvantages: Fiddly at first as the spiral guides are close together.
My old hair curler recently broke so I had to get a replacement, and frankly, it was a few years old and needed replacing anyway. It took me quite a while to decide which hair curler to get, but I eventually opted for the Babyliss Adee&Paul Pro Spirall 2291AU.
I purchased the curler from eBay for just less that £9; however, you can buy it from amazon.co.uk for about £26.43 so I was quite pleased that I had already saved quite a lot.
