I discovered Bach rescue remedy a good few years ago while going through a messy divorce and coping with a new born baby, I needed something to help me through the real stressful times, I did not want anything too strong just something to help me cope. I am sure it was either a health visitor or nurse that told me to give Bach Rescue Remedy a go.
