    Over 75 years ago, Dr Edward Bach created a range of 38 individal homeopathic remedies, created using natural extracts from flowers added to a grape-based alcohol solution for ease of taking.     About six months ago, I had an interview for a promotion. I was really nervous and wanted something that would help calm me down. I wasn’t sleeping and was just getting more and more anxious about it. I was recommended the Bach rescue remedy by a friend who swears by it. *Price* The dropper is available in two sizes: 10ml and 20ml.     I discovered Bach rescue remedy a good few years ago while going through a messy divorce and coping with a new born baby, I needed something to help me through the real stressful times, I did not want anything too strong just something to help me cope. I am sure it was either a health visitor or nurse that told me to give Bach Rescue Remedy a go. I found it in Boots although I am sure it is much more widely available now, I purchased it in dropper form, I have since used lozenges also. The dropper form comes in a brown bottle with a glass dropper, it is an ideal handbag size that you can take ... more
