I tried this product for the first time a few months ago. The lid has a small brush attached to it (like a nail polish brush on the end of a mascara wand). You firstly have to dry your teeth with a tissue, then you paint the stuff on. Sounds pretty easy, although it's not... First of all, you can only really paint the teeth that you can see at the front of your mouth. This is because the teeth further back are impossible to keep dry and paint without salivating and making them wet again. Also, the taste is awful, so the fewer you paint and the less of the stuff you have to swallow, the better ... more
