Advantages Fast, Fun , keeps you fit

Disadvantages To expensive to play all the time

Badminton is an up and coming sport is contains speed, power and the ability to fool an opponent. The thing I lik ebest about badminton is that how perfect the sport uses all your muscles to keep going in the game. If you play a smash or a clear the arm power is there but also the transfer of weight from each foot - It keeps you very fit. In the uk there is lots of competitions going on so it isn't as if you can't play against any one with a slighty higher degree of difficulty than your sister. Badminton is strong sport as there is so many different you can play to try and fool your opponent. Three different serves can be used to outwit your opponent straight away. The only problem with this sport is that it is difficult to play all the time as it is expensive to rent courts.

I think you are wrong when you say you need muscles to play badminton or it builds your muscles, that is totally untrue. Badminton is all about the mind and 75% of the time you should use your wrist to play most of your shots that is where the power comes from if you see professionals play you will see that they quickly flick their wrist to play a shot. If you use your arm too much you could end up with a serious injury.
