I am not usually one to watch horror films but when my eldest grandson came to stay he put this on for us wrinklies to watch with him.
STORY
Adam and Lawrence, both with shackles on their ankles, and a dead body in the middle of the room. Adam doesn't know Lawrence, or the dead body so his head is full of unanswerable questions.
Why is he here in this dirty room ?
Who is this Lawrence?
Why is that guy dead!, and who is he?
When Lawrence and Adam tell their stories, it turns out they have both been "kidnapped" and taken against their will to this room, and neither of them know how to get out.
When they find tapes in their pockets, and a tape player ...

The first of 5 Saw films. Saw came out in 2004, and I don't think anybody knew just how big it was going to get. The problem with the Saw series, is that you have to have watched all of them to watch one of them, otherwise you can get very confused by what is happening! Also, at the end of each film you have to watch the next one to find otu what is going to happen! Annoying in a way, but also very clever by the film makers!

Advantages: Mos Def's character Eddy Disadvantages: Mod Def's character's voice
So I was bored the other day, I don't know if anyone on Ciao is from Belfast but does anyone actually like Victoria Square? I was getting a lift home from uni for Easter and my mum felt compelled to go and have a look. I wondered around bored for awhile then decided to gothinking about going to get something to eatand then walked past noticing HMV had a sale on. With only £5 to my name I didn't think I should go in, but I couldn't help it. 16 Blocks caught my eye and thus I starved in its name.
The Story
The film starts at a crime scene, some latin gangsters have been murdered and the police officer in charge wants to get an "unimportant" officer to cover the crime scene, an aged out of shape Bruce Willis walks in with a newspaper and plants himself on a seat and takes out a hip flask of whiskey. He plays a charcter called Jack ...
