Are you constantly getting bombarded with junk mail, well there comes appoint when you simply don’t even look at these and simply through things in the bin. I was about to throw the Bakker Holland catalogue in the bin, but thought well its here, I will have a look at the pictures and see what shrubs and plants would be suitable for my partners garden. He owns a small restaurant pub.
Gardens being most important to attracting customers in, I was amazed at the choice of varieties available. I am very cynical, so at the same time enjoying the pictures I was saying to myself ‘I wonder just how much trick photography and fertilisers where used on these wonderful flowering plants and shrubs’ cutting a long story short I ordered about £60 worth from their catalogue. I did have to wait 3 months for the plants, got very pissed off as I thought they had run with my money, but my fault, I did not read the small print which does say these will be sent out at the appropriate season. I filled out the usual attractive competition to entice you to buy, but though nothing of it as it was the plant that I wanted.
Well believe it or not I won the competition, I received the cash alternative to a large screen television and various other bits and pieces. But that’s not why I am writing about them. The qualities of the products were amazing. I have ordered year after year from them, and the original orders which were placed 4 years ago are still blooming each year, Certainly if you are after shrubs, plants bulbs or flowers, look Bakker Holland up they cannot be missed. Their products will give you pleasure year after year.
