Bambino Mio and all they have to offer.

Advantages: Can be used with more than one child to save extra money , 100 % cotton
Disadvantages: Quite costly

of the time, it's like a mini security blanket and my friend says her daughter used to find it comforting when she was left with a babysitter to have her muslin because it smelt of her mother because she used to use it to clean up any dribbles from breastfeeding. You can buy a Mio Nappy Bag which is water proof, I guess this would be a good option if you use cotton nappies all the time and have to carry around dirty nappies to take home and wash, it a rectangle zip up case and it purple with a strap to carry it, its £7.50, its not big enough to carry anything else I ( though I doubt you would want to ! ) you just pop it into your normal changing bag. If you plan to use the cotton nappies all the time and you can afford the initial layout, Bambino Mio offer some packs which can save you some money, they do a birth to potty pack for £225 ...

Review of Bambino Mio Reusable

Ok for mio bambino's caboose

Advantages: Soft, seem to work well most of the time
Disadvantages: Catch on rough skin, can roll up, small

As you may know from seeing other reviews of mine, hubby and I are on a continuing mission to find good, effective nappy liners to use with the "real" (as opposed to imaginary, har har) nappies our 19 month-old son wears. At this rate, I suspect we'll have potty trained him before we find the right ones... Here?s hoping that others will be able to benefit from our experimentation and research! These nappy liners are quite small (about 8" x 4"), which means they fit neatly into the nappy. However, I feel they are actually too small. If your baby moves around a lot - and let's face it, they all do - the liner can move and end up not protecting the nappy from poo... (yes, it's another poo-based review - eat your dinner later instead!). These have the exact same problem as the One Life liners - they are lovely and soft (again, they ...

Review of Bambino Mio Liners

Reusable Nappies- Bambino Mio

Advantages: eco-friendly, economical, no nappy rash
Disadvantages: you need to keep on top of the laundry!

one piece with the other. The liners are essential as they really keep the skin dry and you have to make sure you have a good stock of these in. Small chemists don't sell them at all (disgraceful!!) Mothercare don't sell Bambino Mio but do stock an alternative eco-friendly brand which are fine. You have to watch that the velcro doesn't rub the skin, but it shouldn't if you have them in the right size nappy fitted correctly. Likewise, they don't leak unless it has been on too long or you need to move up to a bigger size. The elasticated leg is not too tight and is cotton so it never rubs or marks the skin. We are preparing to use ours again for baby number four- they are perfectly reusable still- it will have cost us about £270 eventually for two children from birth to potty. ...
