Ordered the new Robbie Williams CD in November as a Xmas present. The despatch date supplied was 05/12/2009. Item had still not arrived by 19/12/2009. With a week to go to Xmas I contacted Bang CD to complain about non delivery after delivery date promised had passed. The reply from Bang CD stated that the delivery time suddenly increased by another seven days which meant it was Xmas Eve. Have asked for a refund so I can purchase the CD from another ...

Advantages: Low prices Disadvantages: Non-existent customer services, immediate debit when ordering, products go missing
Problems are amounting over the last few weeks with this retailer. We have been a customer for three years. In the past, orders used to arrive within 5 working days and customer services replied to enquires within 48 hours. Since mid-November, 23 out of 42 orders never arrived. I ordered 4 cds from BANGCD 3 that were already out and one to be on sale from the 23rd nov.09 2 came quite fast the 3 was meant to have been dispatched on the 17th nov. but took 9 days to arrive... The last was actually out on the 16th nov. but to date has still not arrived they ignore ALL EMAILS and as i needed it for a present for the 6th dec i asked for a refund 5 days ago so i could buy it elsewhere As normal i have no reply as usual They say ...

HAVE USED A FEW TIMES BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS GOT THE CD,S HOWEVER MY LATEST ORDER HAS NOW BEEN DESPATCHED ACCORDING TO THEM OVER 2 WEEKS AGO SO WILL NEVER ARRIVE NOW . I UNDERSTAND THAT IF A CD HAS TO TRAVEL FROM SINGAPORE IT MAY TAKE A WHILE AND THE ODD ONE MAY GO ASTRAY. WHAT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND OR ACCEPT IS THAT WHEN YOU EMAIL THEM AND TELL THEM YOU HAVE NOT HAD YOUR ORDER THEY FAIL TO REPLY TO YOUR FIRST 4 EMAILS . WHEN YOU GET A REPLY ITS AUTOMATED ... ...I WILL USE TESCO ASDA HMV ANYONE BUT BANG BECAUSE IF THE CD GETS LOST YOU CAN PICK UP THE PHONE AND SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY MAY COST A POUND MORE BUT THE HASSLE YOU GET FROM BANG.CD IS NOT WORTH THE SMALL SAVING THIS IS MY PERSONAL POINT OF VIEW ON THIS WEB SITE ...

Advantages: None Disadvantages: You will lose your money
My order has not arrived and we are now way over the 7 day delivery period. They send emails to say they have dispatched your goods but they haven't (see other reviews on the net). I have sent countless emails and they do not respond. There is no contact telephone number. I have read other reviews on a few sites and many people have had their money taken and no order delivered.
I would urge people to research this company first before placing an ... ...ago but in the recent ones no one seems to be getting their orders.
i was seduced by the cheap prices and the website was impressive but I failed to see that they had no UK telephone number or address. They are based in Singapore. I will hope to get my money back via Mastercard. ...
