embraces new and old fans alike as the famous bear and bird duo return in stunning high definition for a unique adventure of epic proportions. The Lord of the Games (aka LOG) is tired of the petty squabbling between Banjo and the evil witch Gruntilda (aka Grunty) over the years and has arranged a showdown to decide the rightful owner of Spiral Mountain. Claiming to have created every video game ever made LOG has built the game worlds in which the contests challenges take place. Banjo must complete LOGs challenges to win while Grunty tries to stop him using every method her devious mind can muster.

Advantages: Great Physics and controls Disadvantages: short story, small glitchs

It was very funny when I built a big box car to carry things but forgot to join the sides together so it fell apart before I tried to move. I've put a lot of time into this but as there's so much to do I've only got half the jiggies. The demo will have put a lot of people off as it didn't show the intro and the level of detail is overwhelming at the start, but it's worth sticking with as it's a rewarding experience.

It was very funny when I built a big box car to carry things but forgot to join the sides together so it fell apart before I tried to move. The level of creative freedom is just right and there's real satisfaction when you build something that perfectly carries out the task at hand, particularly as some missions are quite hard and can be tackled in many different ways.
Great soundtrack, the controls feel right and the visual style is at times memorable. I've put a lot of time into this but as there's so much to do I've only got half the jiggies. The demo will have put a lot of people off as it didn't show the intro and the level of detail is overwhelming at the start, but it's worth sticking with as it's a rewarding experience.
There is a lot of small niggles.. lack of story, overused wall of jiggies animation between screens, numerous slow menus, a few too many challenges, the stop start nature and the framerate is quite bad at times.
Issues aside, it's one of my favourite 360 games so far and an 8 is justified thanks to the vehicle physics being such a success. At times the emergent gameplay has matched the fun I had with Mario Galaxy. Had Rare managed to give Nuts & Bolts the same overall polish and included a more involving story this could have been remembered as a classic.
Advantages: long lasting gameplay Disadvantages: get all the jiggys achievement is hard to get.
here is my review of Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts on the Xbox 360.
for starters there is loads to do in this game, the basic princable of the game is to build veichles with parts you collect to do challenges.
most of the acheivements are pretty easy but some are difficult, there are plenty of challenges in this game which means loads of gameplay.
there are plenty of different worlds to visit and challenges reign from the most simple to really difficult ... ...is pretty good too, it is another great game in the banjo kazooie series and with logs lost challenges availble through xbox marketplace there is plenty to do here.
not to mention there is also an online mutiplayer mode too where you can race people and play other types games. ...

Manufacturer's product description
Throughout their adventure, players create their own abilities by building vehicles for Banjo to pilot over land, water and air. Vehicle parts, which range from simple devices such as engines and wheels to more unusual equipment such as springs and egg guns, are earned and collected throughout the game. Players use their imagination to combine parts in any order to create whatever vehicle they choose. LOG's challenges have one goal, but players' choice of vehicle and tactics will determine how they get there. By exploring worlds and solving puzzles, players both young and old will be rewarded with more advanced and diverse vehicle parts in their quest to defeat Grunty once and for all.
With the power of Xbox 360 and Xbox LIVE, "Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts" brings an entirely new experience to the console and takes the franchise to a whole new level of enjoyment. High-definition graphics, user-created content and online gameplay are just three of the many advances people of all ages and skill levels will discover as they embark on their adventure.
