Lloyds TSB online AAAAAHHHH

Advantages: It is the easy way to sort your finances.
Disadvantages: I can never access my personal account.

I have been banking with Lloyds TSB for two years now. I have no choice, it is the only bank in reach. Anyhow, when I decided to get online I thought to myself great, I can be even lazier than I already am. I was seduced by banking controlled by my fingertips whilst sitting on my backside. ...what? It wasn't. Thanks to Lloyds online I have high blood pressure and bald patches instead of long flowing locks. On the up side I am fitter. Lloyds TSB online for me has been at the very least frustrating. I continue to try and use it. It is never plain sailing but on occasion I am able to complete the tasks I use my bank for, even if it does take an hour. I hope this is not the experience for everyone. First Direct Bank

Advantages: Multiple ways to manage your accounts, free
Disadvantages: low interest on balances

I have been with First Direct for some 5 years. During that time they have progressed from a telephone only organisation, through online banking to mobile phone banking. I have experience of the first two and am about to try the third. The advantages are: a) free banking b) £250 free overdraft (you pay only interest while overdrawn c) both PC and true internet banking are provided. ...with the more difficult transactions (eg electronic transfer of funds for house purchase). The backup of telephone banking is also a great boon if your partner is not so online minded (as mine isn't) or for those times when the online system fails/crashes etc which would leave you totally cut off from your funds with a solely online organisation e)full baking services are available from current account through mortgages, loans, credit cards etc ...

A SNAIL MOVES FASTER

Advantages: none as far as i can see
Disadvantages: oh so slow

ONLINE BANKING FROM NAT WEST what a great idea i thought as i have a computer and a nat west current account.Silly me i am now thinking ,i dont know how fast any other on line banks are as natwest is the only one i have tried.I signed up a couple of weeks ago and they were very quick sending all the pin numbers and security codes to me. Grrrrr banks

Advantages: They take your money
Disadvantages: they dont give it back!

...letters later, i realised that Lloyds bank were the biggest load of old rubbish going since stories of of a certain monster in a certain scottish lock were released. So, not to dwell on a sour apple, i cant wait to say, and sorry to use this terrible line but it seems relative to the point... Lloyds bank are the weakest banks, GOODBYE ...
