Weber One Touch Silver BBQ
Advantages: good quick cooked food, smokes your meat well, easy to use Disadvantages: non adjustable grill, rare risk of hot coals dropping on your leg from the bottom of the BBQ
...view, i always use the Weber One Touch Silver BBQ! It can be long lasting for at least three or four years, and it is easy to clean and easy to put away for non BBQ seasons! It has a lid with an adjustable vent to control the amount of smoke and heat, and the same thing on the bottom of the BBQ. This can also be useful to use as a heat source on cold summer nights with your friends at a party in stead of a camp fire and it is much more safer than ...

Fire up the Barbie... it's finally stopped raining
Advantages: Easy to use, large cooking space and great tasty charcoal flavours in the end Disadvantages: doesn't have a lid to close unit off
...strange and slightly dull looking Landmann Oil Drum unit…
** SOME SPECS. FIRST…
* 2 adjustable chrome plated cooking grills, which are approx. 420 by 470mm each. * A large metal wire storage shelf near the base.
* Two wheels for easy manoeuvrability. * Size is 1070mm high by 560mm wide by 940mm deep.
* It is a charcoal fuelled barbeque with two separate sections for cooking
* Unfortunately it doesn’t have a lid to close the unit off
... ...as I find it has a taste all of its own, as long as it is cooked properly that is and not the cause of a massive non alcoholic queue at the local A&E, so when I get the chance to fire up my rather strange looking, but frankly brilliant little great basic drum barbeque, I jump at the chance, especially in this wet and dreary country that is called Britain.
When I say it is a little strange looking I do mean it. When you first see it you may think ...

BBQ - in the british summer
Advantages: Easy to use, looks good, Disadvantages: have to buy gas cannister in addition
What would the Great British Summer be without a barbecue? That's what we though in our first summer in our new home so off we set to find our bbq. Not wanting to spend too much on something that was inevitably going to sit redundant for 10 months of the year, this completely met our needs. We purchased this in a sale so it was discounted, so not too sure what this would actually retail at now.
Initially we thought a gas bbq would be expensive as ... ...out at about £40. However, having struggled with charcoal bbqs in the past, I'm glad we went with gas! It was quite time consuming and tricky to construct from scratch (not the best instructions!) but once fully constructed, it is pretty sturdy. The gas is easy to control and easy to cook on (gone are the worries of sausages being black on the outside but pink in the middle) You can easily fit emough food to feed 4-6 people on here, with the twin ...

Here comes Summer!
Advantages: inexpensive and effective Disadvantages: none
We used to have a lovely gas barbeque in our garden, which probably got used about twice a summer. Also, we had a habit of forgetting to clean the thing after use well you do don't you? - which meant that when we next came to use it we would invariably find it in a none too seemly state often with a couple of abandoned mouldy sausages for good measure! Therefore, we decided to get rid of the unsightly object and would, on the rare occasions that ... ...using a disposable barbeque instead! This is why, last weekend we were found with a group of friends and a Bar-be-quick Disposable Barbecue! The barbeque comes in a foil tray and is filled with charcoal. It claims that it can be lit with just one match and we found that was definitely the case. You do not need to bother with fluids or firelighters. It also did not take long for the heat to spread nice and evenly and we were ready to start our cooking. ...

Superb quality Barbecue at an incredibly low price.
Advantages: Lid,quality of construction, cast iron hot plate and griddle and thermometer. Disadvantages: None great we are well satisfied
...had wire grills. This new fire mountain one has cast iron hot plates you can BBQ or griddle and the hotplates hold the heat and cook definitely better. It also has a lid and thermometer which means smoke does not go everyway and this keeps the flames down and stopped my food from being scorched. We also like the wooden trolley which is attractive. I recommended this to my borther who bought a stainless steel lidded version which he is also delighted ...
