Road to Wii adventure

Advantages: Fun, easy to use and versatile
Disadvantages: slightly poor graphics

I purchased the wii for my son a few months ago it came with wii sports one controler and the nunchuck. What a sensational games console, immediately everybody fell in love with it. Anytime we have guests for dinner, almost guaranteed the wii will make an appearance. It has become very competitive in our houshold especially with the ten pin bowling. The price I paid was £179.99, via an internet price comparison site. The graphics are a little crude, if you have been used to playing on other rival consoles, but for sheer fun, this little gem cannot be beaten. The console can be conneceted to the internet via a wireless router, this is not a major part of the gaming experience at present, but will become so in he future as more wii games are produce. Wii Fit

Advantages: great for weightloss, fun for all the family, improves posture, balance and health
Disadvantages: expensive, can only register up to 8 family members

Our Wii Fit was brought as a birthday present for my 9 year old brother, although to be honest it was probably more of a gift to us!! What is a 'Wii Fit'? Before explaining what a Wii Fit is, I will explain the equipment you will need for it. The Wii Fit works on a Nintendo Wii - the Wii is a games console, which uses a handheld remote for interactive play (simulating tennis etc). In addition to the games console you will need a Wii Fit balance board. This can be used with other games such as skiing etc but will initially be purchased with the Wii Fit software.
