Useful but slow, and lots of navigation to get to point of dloading a/c data to (eg) Money. You don't have to wait for screens to paint, but if you don't there is risk of confusing 'go'; and 'cancel' buttons. Suggest they implement a) non-graphics version for those that want speed and b) cookie set preferences to save preferred dload format rather than having to choose every time. I suppose they're building the system to anticipate ADSL and interactive TV speeds, but at present it's just too slow to be really useful rather than a chore.

Advantages: Does the job, Free antivirus, Secure with PINSentry Disadvantages: Only 1 month worth of statements is accessible, PINSentry, Not user friendly to do some things
Advantages: Easy to set-up, easy to use, security like fort knox Disadvantages: you have to wait for passcodes to come in post, you can't pay in money (obviously!!)
