I switched over to Barclays onlinebanking last year, in order to manage my two accounts better. On the whole, I'd say I'm moderately happy with the service, although there's a lot that could be done to improve it.
For a start it's slow. Very slow. So slow in fact, that sometimes I'd decide that it hadn't received my request in the first place, and try it again. At which point it would inform me that I'd be logged off because my commands were out of sequence. Grrr.
And then there's the fact that every time I log on it gives me an error message. Nothing too drastic, but it's still an annoyance (and even more annoying that they haven't fixed it after all this time.)
Now for the good bits. It's very easy to manage two accounts (although I would like my personal account to be the default, and not my joint account! Another annoyance) and to transfer money between the two. You can keep track of all your direct debits and standing orders, see when money will be taken from your account, and alter the details. However, when I tried to set up a new payment a while ago, it was so confusing that I gave up in disgust. They could at least offer some sort of help file!
But all these things are little annoyances, and I can live with them. I wouldn't, however, recomend Barclays online to anyone until they've got their act together a bit more.

Advantages: Easy to set-up, easy to use, security like fort knox Disadvantages: you have to wait for passcodes to come in post, you can't pay in money (obviously!!)
