Like most people my account is sacrosant,and the thought of someone being able to access it without my permission goes without saying. Two months ago i was asked if i would like to have a cd to take home and go on line banking. It was only a few days earlier that i had read of how a hacker had got into one such site. So like a lot of people the cd got put aside,a few days past and just like the cat ,my curiosity got the best of me, and install i did. That day i can tell you i must have checked my account a dozen times, is it SAFE, what if some of my hard earned cash just VANISHES, needless to say it did not . The majority of us have credit card ,use cash machines,and so on ,and its true to say you are more likely to have your credit card misused ,than someone accessing your account. So here iam two moths down the line ,i cannot understand why i worried,yes its safe ,yes my monies still there ,and no it did not vanish. but what has vanished is the hassel of going to the bank ,to check my salary as gone in ,no more hassel parking queing ,getting wet.

Advantages: Easy to set-up, easy to use, security like fort knox Disadvantages: you have to wait for passcodes to come in post, you can't pay in money (obviously!!)
