Used my card online - declined, despite over £1k in credit. Went to see bank f2f - they said card needed 'resetting' - which they then did I tried using the card today and once again it said 'refer to your bank' (despite an additional £250 going in last week and no withdrawals! I called BArclays - they said "you're using the wrong card as it runs out in 4 weeks" ! I asked why - if the card is valid, in date, and I have not received any replacement that it is the wrong card - they said they'd put me through to the debit card team Waiting on phone, listening to Musak for 20 minutes Whilst doing this went online to complain - filled in all the online form to complain, pressed the button to 'submit' and it told me "online banking services not available" - tried again, re submitted all details (no back page available) and same response - "online banking not available"! Still waiting on phone whilst this happens, so called in again to make a complaint - gave all details, the nice lady said SHE would speak to the debit card team, rather than me, went on hold, click, cut off! How do I rate my Barclays experience? 0/10
