Despite repeated requests for the account balance to be transferred to my bank account Barclays have failed to do so and cannot even say when they will.
Even when I send them a recorded delivery letter and I phoned to check they received it, their reply was "well, ask the post office - they'll tell you whether we've received it"!!!!!!!!
And you want to make a complaint? Oh, there's no complaints department at Barclays Stockbrokers. Complaints procedure? "Oh, I'll treat this as a complaint then" - well, thanks alot, and what next? You ask to speak to a manager - none of them available. Do they ever phone you? Two phone calls from them versus at least 15 from me to them.
I still don' know when I can expect to receive the funds. Interest, for the time they've had my money? No customer cooperation at all.

You've got an excellent story to tell but your review needs a little more detail to tell people who don't know, what Barclays stockbrokers is, and the service it is supposed to provide etc. If you revise your review, do let me know (leave a message in my guestbook) and I'll come back and rerate it.
