    My work colleague has to follow a gluten free diet, and as such, she has to take care with everything she eats. She can’t eat ‘normal’ biscuits with us at break time and she buys foods from the Barkat range, which are all vegetarian, gluten free and wheat free. She brings her Barkat wafer biscuits into work a couple of times a week and up until fairly recently I’d declined every time she’d offered me one.
