The less you eat whilst working nights the better. So as a long time shift worker these are just perfect. Until a few weeks ago you could pick up 3 packets for a £1 at Tescos but now they have hiked up the price to 3 for £1.20. A 20% increase!
They come in several flavours; Barbecue Beef (Very Tasty), Mild Curry (V.T), Chicken (V.T), Thai Curry (V.T), Spicy Salsa (V.T), Southern Fried Chicken (V.T). Bacon (V.T),
Sweet and Sour (Bland), Balti (Bland), Tex Mex (Bland),
The taste varies and there are some that I found Very Tasty, Plain to quite Bland but in general most of the various flavours are very tasty.
Cooking them could not be simpler, Just open the packet, pop it in a pan with a mug of water and cook until the consistency is too your liking. Ignore the exact measurement on the packet (4 minutes) as I personally find this makes the Noodles very runny.
They can be Microwaved but I find that you loose some of the taste. If however you do wish to cook them that way, Break the noodles into four pieces, put into the microwave ,add half a pint of water, add the contents of the foil sachet and stir. Cook on full power for 5-6 minutes.
There is enough in one packet to leave you feeling full but not overly so. You can if you want a little more add some chunky bread to your plate
Excellent value for money and Delicious as well. Not overly filling, just right. Go ahead and give them a go.
Nutritional Info: 100g packet contains, 7.9g of fat, 80 calories, 1g of salt.

l must admit l used to find them a bit salty ~ haven't bought any in years! Are these flavours free from lactose and whey? l find seasoned products often seem to add milk fractions to improve flavour

My daughters love these noodles. The Chicken and beef especially. Good review!
Advantages: quick, easy to cook, tasty, versatile, many flavours to choose from Disadvantages: high calorie and fat content, rubbery if cooked in microwave
