The college is divided into two campuses, the main campus, Newton Park is about 2 miles out of Bath, whilst the Art campus is based at Sion Hill in the City itself.
The Newton Park campus is set in the most beautiful grounds of a country estate with landscaping, naturewalks and ... Read review

Advantages: Courses, location, grounds Disadvantages: Lack of facilities, changing so a bit disorganised
...their are great views over Bath from here. It's a more closely knit community and most students are solely on that campus -there is also a canteen and an Art shop, and a good library.
The library is okay but could do with a more extensive collection. There are good IT facilities. The canteen is small for the amount of students and unfortunately closes at 4:30pm. Which is inconvenient as the only sources of food and drinks after that are from machines. ... ...the author after college hours! Bath itself is a picturesque historic city, that has a relaxed atmosphere. The ratio of males to females at the college is about 3:5, and there are alot of mature students. A few students come from ethnic minorities but not a great deal, although there are increasing amounts of foreign students coming from south east asia.
The best things about the college are the location, the standard of tuition, and the spectrum ...

Advantages: Tranquil setting Disadvantages: Cant get out of there
...When i visited BathSpaUniversity i was very disappointed. The university itself is about 1 mile from the actual main road. And once on the main road you are another mile to a pub, and about 4 miles from town. This would be fine if there was a good bus service., but the bus service costs money. For a university so far away from everything, the bus service costing you money is crazy. You would need a bus to get out of the university. On the other hand if you like peaceful surroundings then this university is for you.
It is set in the middle of miles of fields, and is a very tranquil place.
If though you want to et out of the university, this is where the problems lie. It can work out very expensive over the 3 or 4 years you will be there....

The first term is based on your own discoveries and experimentation, leading you to make the choice of which particular field of art and design you would prefer to specialise in. Once you have done so, you are divided into groups of your chosen specialist area and focus solely on this practise. You are encouraged to work hard, although self motivation is always a valuble asset. The majority of students intend to further their studies by applying to university to study their chosen practise/media, and in order to do this your work is developed to be submitted to your portfolio in use for interviews for such courses. I myself got into my first choice of university due to this-BathSpaUniversity, studying Fine Art, Sculpture.
One thing I think is very important to mention is the drawing studio, this is run by a tutor which is a personal favourite...

Advantages: too many to write here, it's great Disadvantages: expensive
...the travel you should ask your school/college to help you with the costs, as most of them do. Also, if you have a young person’s railcard, you can get a small discount on the train ticket prices). Tickets can be bought at the station or online. I would recommend buying tickets online beforehand as this means you get reserved seats on the train. Our ticket was an open return which meant that we had reserved seats on the way there but unreserved on the way back. On the way back the train was very crowded and as a result of us not having reserved seats, we had to stand for a long part of the journey. On the day, two of my friends and I set off at London Paddington and the train took us straight to BathSpa train station. From there, getting to the university was quite easy. There are ‘orange buses’ which take you from the station right up...

This is going to be a bit of an unusual review as I am writing about a hotel that I have never stayed at. I have never used the facilities - but I have experienced their customer service.
On the 4th October last year, my partner and I took a trip down more
