Babyliss 8052u bath spa
Review of Babyliss 8052U by thegeth

Advantages: Relaxing (ish)
Disadvantages: makes fairly loud humming noise and takes up a lot of space

I brought this for my girlfriend for christmas as she was always asking for a massage, After searching on Amazon i found this bath spa which is both jaccuzi and a vibrating massager. I havent used this myself so i will let my other half do the review for me. After receiving this as a christmas prezzy from my boyfriend it didn't take me 5 mins to open it up and hop in the bath with it. I was scared at first because the sucker pads on the back wouldn't ...
...thinking it was going to fall in and i would be fried, so i wasn't that relaxed at first! After settling in the bath i firstly switched it on to the water jet setting, it was a little disappointing as it wasn't very powerful but i didn't expect it to be a full on jaccuzi!! Then i gave the vibrating massager a go, which is nice because you can lean back and fit onto the bath spa quite snugly. It has two vibrating pads where you can either put your ... Read review

Bathe In Style
Review of Babyliss 8059 by grown_up_girlie

Advantages: Sensual and relaxing
Disadvantages: The mat can move about slightly

...I purchased this, the Babyliss 8059U. After reading the user manual, I realised that it wasn't as complicated as I had initially thought it would be to set up this spa. So I go upstairs and set this little machine up in my bath! To do so every time I simply unroll and place the ultra soft cushioned mat into the bath and it sticks to the bath surface with several small suction caps, it can move slightly so beware when getting in and out of the bath. ...
...storing the compact pump unit, Babyliss were one step ahead. They include a wall fitting so that you can simply store it above the bath, which is much easier than the way I do things. The mat can be rolled up and stored away in a place of your choosing. The whole unit can be taken anywhere you want as long as there is a power supply near the bathing area. As far as cleanliness is concerned - all you need do is rinse the mat down after every use. ... Read review

Fun in the tub
Review of Babyliss 8053U by blue-marlin

Advantages: Great fun
Disadvantages: more suction cups needed

Santa got this for my 4 year old for Christmas, and it's great. It is a mat, with a nozzle attached; this is then connected to an air pump which is rechargeable. The mat is bright and colourful. You put it in the bath; it sticks with suction cups, before filling with water. While I was filling the bath my little girl went and put bubble bath in. she got in and we switched it on, and what great fun we had, there were bubbles everywhere, they even ...
...time, the instructions say that the charge will last for 20 minutes, but I'm sure it was on longer than that and I had to turn it off or she would have been there all night. Next night it was my sons turn, who is seven. Now they keep asking when can they have a bath. I think the mat is suitable for 1 child only, unless you have 2 small children. My only downside is that it had suction cups around the edge, so when it was on the middle part started ... Read review

Just vibrate or bubble and heat?
Review of Tesco FOOT SPA by spottydog2

Advantages: Soothing, relaxing.
Disadvantages: Too much hassle to use often.

...* * * The Tesco Foot Spa is predominanty white with pale blue at the front and stripes at the bottom. The feet are pale blue. It is plastic. The inner bottom where you place your feet has hundreds of nodules to stimulate your feet. At the back there are two little mounds with larger bobbles on, presumably to rest your heels on if you wish, though I find it a bit uncomfortable if you do, you don`t have to. There is another larger mound in the middle. ...
...of your feet. The Tesco Foot Spa is quite bulky and pretty basic looking really. However, it is not designed to be pleasing to the eye, it performs a function. Having said this though, it is not something that you would like to be on display in your lounge. It can be quite bulky to store. Functions. * * * * * * * * The Tesco Foot Spa can be used with or without water. It has control buttons which allow you to massage, massage bubble and heat or ... Read review

Advantages: Relaxing with different features
Disadvantages: difficult to empty without spilling water on the way to the sink

...my mum bought me the Remington aromatherapy foot spa ultimate as a gift i made myself a vow to use it on a regular basis to keep my feet nice and also as a way to help me relax after my son has been a total nightmare. The cost of this foot spa at boots is £48.50 appearance wise the shape is the same as you average portable footspa, It has a pedicure section on top of the dividing part in the middle, this is basically a circular rotor that you put ...
...at a time, it is activated by pressing your foot on top of the attachment it will then rotate changing direction each time you take the pressure of and repress it. In the sections that you place your feet there are two massage offering features the first is on the base which is a pad with lots of little massaging nodes, the second is a set of 6 magnetic rollers (3 for each side) that manually massage the feet. At the control section at the fron ... Read review
