Bathroom Extractor Fan

...Ever found yourself standing barefoot but fully clothed in your bath with an old toothbrush in one hand and a cup of bleach in the other? If not you have led a charmed life , my dear, and need trouble yourself no longer with this review. If, however, you have found the old toothbrush to be the only way to remove the attractive scum left between the tiles in your bathroom, then this product could be the discovery of your life! Or this week at least? I have tried most of the bathroom cleaners on offer and they are not much improvement on bleach. But I found that Limelite is a wonder of the shower area. My routine goes like this. Have shower. Wrap self in towels. Spray copious amounts of Limelite over tiles in shower with towel over mouth, leave extractor fan on, exit bathroom, close door. ...The first flat we lived in had a bathroom with no window and an extractor fan that didn't work properly so we had a big problem with mould and mildew on the walls ceiling and in the tile grout. so when I saw this product I just had to try it and I'm glad I did, it comes with a directional trigger spray so you can spray exactally where its needed ,and it works in minuets you can actually see the mould dissapearing before your eyes,and when you rinse/wipe it off its gone compleatly and doesn't reappear for weeks.And when used on tile grout it brings it up very white. When you smell it you find that it smells of bleach and for that reason you have to be very careful not to get it on your clothes as it will discolour them just like bleach. If I hade to make an improvement to the product I would make it a 'foam' instead of liquid spray... Read review

...I purchased this product because I was looking for a cheap, quick and effective way of removing the lime scale buildup in my kettle. I followed the instructions as given on the packaging and I have to say I am less than impressed with the results. The actual cleaning process creates a terrible smell, it makes the air thick and breathing very difficult. I turned on the extractor fans in both the bathroom and kitchen in a effort to diffuse this but it did not help. The stench also lingered long after I had finished using the product. There was an improvement in the amount of lime scale left but it was not eradicated completely. I had to re boil the kettle several times to eliminate the smell and taste left on the water. It is now merely weeks since I did this and I once again find the lime scale building up again. I think I would have... Read review
