...WARNING - DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE UNLESS YOU DON"T MIND BEING FLOODED AND TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE The pump on our machine never worked properly. Although we had a proper stand built for it and all the drain pipes are properly placed it has regularly flooded the room. Baumatic have agreed that the pump is faulty and have sent us a new one in the post. Unfortunately, although we have been given two times for the engineer to come and fit it, on both occasions, on the morning in question, after the time of the appointment, Baumatic has called to say the engineer is sick, and can't come! This washing machine has been the household item from Hell, as has the company.... Read review
