It's impossible to contact eBay other than through their inner mailing system which at the best of times can take over two days to get a response for a question about a potentially fraudulent listing that ends within a few hours. Finding BayContact, I was slightly weary at first about the phone numbers in the e-book sold there being made up for what-ever reason. ...and are spot on. I rang one of the eBay UK contact numbers on Tuesday last week, and an eBay 'representative' answered my call!! It was amazing to actually physically talk to someone from eBay who in turn managed to sort out my problem with a seller within the space of about 10 minutes!! However, I took a gamble, paid, and received the e-book within minutes! Both the addresses and phone numbers (at least for the UK) match up and are spot on. I rang one of the eBay UK contact numbers on Tuesday last week, and an eBay 'representative' answered my call!!
