Not one, not two, but 3. Verrucas are gone!

Advantages: Eventually works.
Disadvantages: Takes a long time.

...about it, I bought some Bazuka Gel.

What is Bazuka?
* * * * * * * * * * * *

I have heard the familiar phrase many a time, Bazuka that verruca on TV adverts. Bazuka gel is used to treat verrucas, warts and can also be used on corns and calluses. Because this catchy phrase sprung to mind, I decided to try Bazuka, I chose the extra strength gel. After soaking the foot for 2-3 minutes in warm water (or hand), ...
...advised not to get the Bazuka on healthy skin as it may cause inflammation, that is why only a small amount is required. It did sting me a little bit when it got onto my healthy skin by my toes. I was not concerned though as it did not last long. It caused the skin to peel a little bit, but no long term damage. It is not to be used on anything other than verrucas, corns and warts. People with diabetes or poor circulation are not to use it. Never ... more

Advantages: None so far!
Disadvantages: After 4 months the wart still hasn't gone, it's expensive & very obvious white gel!

...and get some Extra Strength Bazuka Gel. ~ Price ~ I was flabberghasted as to the cost of this teeny tiny little tube ~ £5.99 for 5g of the stuff but the normal strength one is only £5.29! ~ Packaging and Contents ~ This comes in a very bright yellow box, inside of which is the tube with the gel inside, instruction leaflet and a nail file. ~ How to use it? ~ This gel is suitable for verrucas, warts, corns and calluses. My review will obviously ...
...what I have so I can't really pass judgement on it's effectiveness on the other things. In short, it is very easy to use. You soak your wart in warm water for 2-3 minutes, dry the area and apply one or two drops to the wart. It suggests that you allow it to dry for a few minutes but you are looking at up to 5 minutes and more for it to dry completely. The gel is water-resistant so there's no need to cover it with a plaster. Every evening for the ...

Smelly feet and cabbages

Advantages: zaps those unsightly warts
Disadvantages: expensive

...She recommended the Bazuka gel and I nearly fell over in shock when she charged me £5.19 for a tube just over an inch long and an emery board no longer than your little toe. She said she sells a lot of this and it seems to work. As the other alternative was to have regular trips to the GP for him to sort it out, I opted for the expensive way out. Veruccas are quite painful and resemble a cauliflower in appearance. They are highly infectious so any ...

BAZUKA EXTRA STRENGTH GEL

Advantages: Easy to apply, no plasters, 33% efficiency.
Disadvantages: Cost, air pressure, no way to guage effectiveness

...an advert on TV for Bazuka Gel, I decided that I would "Bazooka that Verruca!" WHAT ARE WARTS AND VERRUCAS Warts and verrucas are small excessive growths of skin caused by a particular virus. The virus is highly infectious and they can grow and spread if left untreated. The common wart is recognised by the rough "cauliflower-like" appearance on the surface of your fingers. Verrucas only occur on the sole of the foot and are usually in the form ...

Attack those Verrucas

Advantages: Effective and very easy to use
Disadvantages: Slow process

Bazuka Gel is very useful I think to clear up warts, verrucas, corns or calluses. The name verruca is actually a word for a wart on the sole of the foot. My experience of Bazuka gel is for clearing up verrucas. The tube of Bazuka gel comes in a very handy 5g size and contains the following 2 active ingredients: 1) Salicylic Acid (12%) 2) Lactic Acid (4%) All these other ingredients are inactive: Camphor, Proxylin, Ethanol, and Ethyl Acetate. ...
...and we decided to buy Bazuka gel from the chemist on their recommendation. The pharmacist was very helpful by informing us that the gel actually softens the skin growth. This can then be removed by using an emery board or skin scraper. Also needed is a towel. We were also told to just keep these items for only that use, as verrucas are very infectious. Usage: Before starting to use the gel for the first time you must read the instructions on how ...

...at the same time the BAZUKA advert came on. We both looked at each other and laughed and knew instantly what he had. To double check though I took him to my local pharmacist at Vantage and she inspected it and confirmed he had a yucky wart or verruca as its known as. They are highly infectious so any other members of your clan must use separate towels and not share any footwear with the infected person. Since my son had his, he has to keep his socks on constantly plus his slippers. I have a young baby who rolls on the floor and ...

Bazuka those warts away!

Advantages: Very effective, easy to use
Disadvantages: A long haul

My son had acquired a rather ugly looking wart on his finger a few months ago, of which he is not impressed and demanded that I 'get rid of it immediately'. Whilst I explained that a miracle cure is not possible, I trotted off to Tescos to see what they had for such as a problem. I was handed a box which contained a tube of Bazuka gel and trundled back home with it in the hope it worked and put a smile back on my 6 year olds face. ~The product~ The white 5g tube is a lot smaller than I expected and it wasn't exactly cheap either for what I got. It has a long green lid which has a piercer to pierce the top off the tub itself. It is only a couple of inches long and a few millimetres wide so doesn't contain much gel for the cost. The gel itself is clear in colour and quite thick, which is good as it minimises mess and spillage ...

Bazuka doesn't make you more sexually attractive

Advantages: effective wart/verruca/corn/callus treatment
Disadvantages: doesn't make you more sexually attractive (oh well)

Verrucas, warts, corns and calluses. Not really topics to bring up at the dinner table, are they? Bazuka gel promises to banish these unsightly blemishes and leave you with handsome hands, fine feet and terrific toes that Fergie would have pleasure sucking. Bazuka comes in a diddy little 5g tube, and you won't get much change from a fiver. However, it's not as much of a rip off as you'd imagine, as a little tube goes a long way. While I was in Boots the other day I also noticed that you can buy extra strong Bazuka for a similar price. Anyway, for those not in the know, warts and verrucas are small excessive growths of skin caused by an infectious virus. Warts often occur on fingers or the backs of hands, veruccas occur on the soles of feet. Corns and calluses are hard, thick patches of skin and can appear on either feet ...
