Advantages: large load and easy to load Disadvantages: long cycles and no seperate fast spin
...the spin is a 1300rpm this only seems to apply to the top 3 cycles. On the shorter cycles the clothes retain more water than in my old machine and subsequently take longer to dry. Also the seperate spin cycle is only 800rpms there is no way to get just a 1300 spin or if there is i haven't found it. The dial does not move round as it did on the quattro the cycle is controlled electronicly hence the countdown timer.
In conclusion the machine looks nice and modern an important factor to most ladies ,washes very well spins well on some programmes and is easy to use. The cost of 299.99 is about average for a "A" rated machine.
Be careful when unpacking as there is a flimsy panel to attach to the underneath to reduce noise. The delivery men threw mine away with the packing which is easily done according to the Hoover helpline. However a replacement...

Advantages: 4 rounds at 1 time Disadvantages: Quite bulky so difficult to store
...This sandwich toaster satisfies in a major way!
My first experience of sandwich toasters was as a teenager when my Dad bought a Breville. We then spent every weekend coming up with new recipes for toasted sandwiches!
As a adult with my own family I bought a little known brand, 2 round toasted sandwich maker. People might say that a toasted sandwich is a toasted sandwich but I was mightily disappointed with the quality of sandwiches that were limp, mainly breaking apart and didn't live up to the memories.
I had some spare cash and saw this Breville Quattro in a local store and bought it with no hesitation.
Whilst it is on the bulky side and it can be quite difficult to store because of it's size it is extremely easy to use being a great "plug and play" item. The unit heats quickly, toasts quickly and cools again quickly...

Advantages: plenty of wash programmes Disadvantages: expensive
...i recently purchases a Hoover Quattro 1300 as my old washer was only a cheapie and on its last legs!!
The thing that attracted me to this apart from hoover being a good make, was the amount of wash programmes and spin speed is 1300.
It also has a jet clean system to help circulate the water, the god thing is you can choose any programme number and alter the spin speed and /or Temperature to suit your clothes.
it also has an express wash for normal stains or a longer wash if needed, plus the usual creaseguard etc.
The main thing i did notice is how quiet it is when it spins and also how little water it uses!!
A good washer allround but not cheap!...
