Yippie, yet another price increase. This time from British Gas. Apparently because of a 'rise in fuel costs' the average gas bill will also rise by 4.7% as of April 1st. Thanks a bunch British Gas. It would've been nice if they had given prior warning, rather than sending me the letter today. Luckily I only have few things running on gas, so it only equates to around £15 a year. I would be interested in knowing if anyone else has had this bombshell thrown on them, two days late!

This little op was written as a practice to see what it was like to write a 90 word op, like everyone else seems to be doing at the moment. It's not a poem, I'm afraid, but I'm working on it! The reason for this was because I was anoyed this morning when I got the letter from BG this morning!
Thanx for bringing this to all of our attention, i haven't received a letter or maybe the kids chucked it in the bin before i could read it.Good on them, my kids that is!
The opinion says it all ,so no need for more than 90 words. I buy my gas from Yorkshire Electricty. I had a letter from them last week warning of a price rise
