...The Beano has got to be the best selling meancing comic ever made! OK, so i read The Beano! What the hell? Now The Beano has the following characters*: Dennis the Menace, Minnie the Minx, Roger the Doger, Ball Boy, Bea, Gnasher, Gnipper, St. Slipper, Walter the Softy, The Bash St. Kids, The Bash St. Kids Singled Out, Spotty Perkins, Berite Blinkinstop and The Parents. That's basicly all the people and we also have the Beano Ed, Fran and a whole bunch of other staff that puts The Beano as the comic with the most characters and staff working for it. There is also The Beano Club, Where you go from Bronze to Sliver to Gold then to Platinum then LIFE! ...The beano is a hillarious comic. It includes several different stories. They are*: Dennis the Menace and Gnasher The Bash Street Kids The Numskulls Minnie the Minx Freddie Fear (Son of a Witch) Joe Jitzu Ball Boy Little Plum Bash Street Kids (Singled Out) Ivy the Terrible Big Brad Wolf Bea Rodger the Dodger All the stories are very funny but my favourite is Dennis the Menace and Gnasher. The Beano is quite cheap. It is only £0.80 in the U.K., $3.25 in Canada or $2.95 in New Zealand*. There have been over 3325 issues of the beano printed. Every Thursday a new issue of the Beano is published. Most news agents will reserve a Beano for you or deliver it. I have over 50 issues and they are all brilliant. ...Whether your way up high, or way down low, the best of the best comes in the form of the Beano! Yes - it is true! Now totally enjoyable by all the family and still only the cost of a really big Mars Bar. Having produced over 3000 editions of this timeless classic, the Beano/Dandy studios still continue to reel off this now completely unopposed, longest ever-running children’s comic. Undisputed. And even with things like 'Pokémon' and other stuff like that, the Beano still stands firm in now the widest crowd ever seen. Nowadays, long after the time when I spent a few pennies on it, Dennis the Menace still features, with Billie Whizz, Ivy the Terrible, Baby Bea, Gnasher and Gnipper, and this week they did a special Lord Snooty page. It still has the Beano club, with more and more jokes and pictures, yet the stories are the best... Read review
