Advantages: can be read as a standalone book as well as part of the series Disadvantages: it's about time and so can get complicated

BEARING AN HOURGLASS is written about the incarnation of time and apparently when writing this book about time, time was the one thing he had very little of. His fan mail had increased drastically, which he tried very hard to give personal responses to. This among other thing's brought about the neccessity for him to obtain a secretary, to help relieve the load from the general fan mail.
BEARING AN HOURGLASS is the second ... ...According to piers anthony's book BEARING AN HOURGLASS, CHRONOS must live his life backwards to fulfill his position, This means that when he takes the position he is beginning at the end of his career (confused yet?) ie. to him he was beginning it, but to everyone else he is at the end of it. Ater writing ON A PALE HORSE he wrote BEARING AN HOURGLASS, followed by WITH A TANGLED SKEIN, then WIELDING A RED SWORD.
BEING A GREEN MOTHER was the fifth book in the series,at the end of the book it took a turn which i didn't expect. however on consideration the ending was not so unusual as i had first thought as BEING A GREEN MOTHER was originally meant to be the last in the series, however in true PIERSANTHONY style the series was to be extended by two further books, FOR LOVE OF EVIL and then AND ETERNITY, also an eigth book of the incarnations was planned but never went into print, it would have been called UNDER A VELVET CLOAK.
Am i going to tell the ending of being a green mother? NO because if i did there would be no point in you reading the book!!
