Disadvantages Items on website not in stock, terrible service both phone and email, disorganised.
I saw bad reviews for this site but then I thougt 'how hard can it be to send a simple order of a nail kit which the website says is in stock?
The order arrived and was incorrect, I called to report it and they wouldn't send a replacement until I'd sent it back. 2 weeks later still no replacement. I called and they said they hadn't recieved it back so I couldn't have a refund or replacement. Luckily I'd got a certificate of postage from the post-office which I explained and they said I'd need to email it to them.I did this and requested a reply to confirm I would get the goods. Another 2 weeks and 3 emails leter no goods and no reply.
I finally called them to be told the item wasn't in stock, had not been in stock at the time of my order, and there was no date available for when it be coming into stock. YET IT IT STILL AVAILABLE TO BUY ON THE WEBSITE.Staff on the phone are like robots, do not apologise, and are totally unhelpful.
DON'T DO IT.
