Advantages: Very soft pillow, plays the music at a reasonable level, nice novelty.
Disadvantages: Not washable and so has a limited life.

I recently noticed a Sound Asleep pillow in a local curtain and bedding store but did not quite realise what it actually was. As I have spondylosis in my neck I am always on the look out for good pillows and that this was called'Sound Asleep' as it was so good.. However this one was not what I would call a good pillow; in other words one which will aid restful sleep due to its' material etc. For one thing it felt very soft, just the sort of pillow ...

Space age sleep

Advantages: supports your neck, reduces tossing and turning, reduces nexk pain
Disadvantages: expensive, not waterproof

...I did that with my Tempur pillow it hurt! This is because the pillow is quite hard- as you lie on it, it gradually moulds to the shape of your head, and feels quite nice. Cool Chillow Pillow

Advantages: Can be kept under your pillow and used as needed. Very effective.
Disadvantages: Slightly expensive. Can sometimes feel quite heavy.

wonder pillow - the Chillow!

Advantages: Cooling effect, help you sleep better
Disadvantages: fairly expensive (but a one-off cost if you take care of it), faint plastic-y smell
