Cool Chillow Pillow

Advantages: Can be kept under your pillow and used as needed. Very effective.
Disadvantages: Slightly expensive. Can sometimes feel quite heavy.

What's an inch thick and keeps me satisfied?

Advantages: Is amazing, helps me sleep, keeps cool and so on
