The product is described as a smoothing crème for silky, shiny, healthy looking hair, and it's basically supposed to tame your hair and control flyaways so that it will look better for longer. Directions are simply to smooth onto dry hair.
It comes in a bright pink cylinder with a pump action dispenser at the top, and a big domed see-through lid. It does look really funky compared to most products on the market, so most girlies wouldn't be ashamed to have this on display. The lid just pulls off easily, and the pump action of the dispenser is smooth so it's easy to control the amount of crème you get out.
The crème itself is white, silky smooth and quite thin textured. It has a vaguely fruity scent to it which has been described by many reviewers as the most amazing smell ever, but I really don't see what all the fuss is about - the scent's ok, but it's certainly nothing special.
What the directions don't tell you is that you really only need to use the tiniest amount of this crème. Use too much and you'll just end up with a greasy looking mop, and likewise if you apply it too close to the roots. Obviously the amount you need will depend on the length, texture and thickness of your hair, but for my long, medium thickness hair, I find a small pea-sized amount to be sufficient. This does mean that the bottle will last practically forever even if you decided to use the stuff every day!
To use the crème it's best to dispense some into your palm, rub your hands together so you have a light film of product covering both hands, then comb through the under-sections of the hair with your fingers, before finally using the last remaining bits to smooth over the top layers.
The effect this has on your hair is just what it says - it smoothes away any flyaways to leave the hair feeling soft, silky and smooth, and looking shiny and healthy. The scent isn't really noticeable once it's in the hair, which I found disappointing after all the reviews I'd read saying it makes your hair smell fantastic and disguises unwanted smells - it doesn't do either for me. The results last all day without the need to reapply, which is just as well as reapplying would just make your hair look greasy.
All in all this is a great product which does what it says it will, and whilst it does seem expensive at first it will last ages so it actually works out to be a real bargain.

...saw that this was a Tigi product that it had been a recommended salon purchase, and with our similar hair types it didn't take me long to work out that this would probably work for me.
So I had a quick read on the back of the tube - not that easy on the neon pink background that the tube has! After Party is a finishing creme and also doubles up as a good refresher for when your hair doesn't quite need a wash, but isn't quite perfect either (hence ... ...around my mum's room with the intention of blow drying and GHD'ing my hair, I decided to use this as my finishing creme. Usually when I do my hair I'm a bit naughty and straighten and go, so if this stuff did what it said I was bound to see an improvement.
A quick blow dry and straighten later, I dispensed a little After Party into my palm, rubbed my hands together, and ran them through the layers in my hair, from the bottom up, before smoothing ...

First impressions with Bedhead After Party is the funky, stylish hot pink bottle that it comes in, it looks modern and has a lot of appeal! The bottle has a pump in which the product comes out of and you can see how much you have left, which is useful.

I bought this cream after a friend mentioned it to me a while ago.
I put this on after straightening my hair to give it some extra shine for a night out. You dont need to use alot of the cream as if you use too much your hair will look greasy. After reading lots of reviews on the internet about this product, I decided to go ahead and buy it, and I'm so pleased I did! Many of the reviews I saw said that using too much could make hair look greasy, but so far I have not had that problem, however, I do have VERY thick hair, and I can easily see how it would make thinner hair look greasy. The smell is fantastic- really fruity smelling, although I do find that that nice fruity smell you get ... ...throughout the day/night. It makes my hair lovely and shiny and soft- I have noticed that my boyfriend can't stop touching my hair now! It also helps to smooth frizz and control static. I usually straighten my hair with GHDs, and use After Party as a smoothing/finishing cream, but I also use it when I curl my hair and it works equally well either way. The only downside to this product I think is the price! It sells for anywhere between £8 and £15, ...

...does however co-ordinate nicely with Tigi Bed Head Ego boost. I often mix a little of each product through my dry ends and it seems to have a nice effect. It conditions your hair very well and helps with very dry hair. It comes in a very nice bright pink bottle and has a very nice subtle smell. I love this product, my hair is dry and damaged and once i have applied this product my hair feels so soft and silky. This creme leaves my hair looking shiny and healthy.If you look closely at the product you can see it has some light reflecting particles. It also helps to control flyaways acting like a serum but less greasy.
Afterparty helps smooth your hair cuticles which helps to get a frizz free finish. I would reccomend this product for straight or curly hair but if your hair is greasy do not apply near the roots as it may make your hair look worse!
As with all TIGI products it smells gorgeous!
The product is quite expensive but TJ Hughes often sell the bedhead range, I think mine was around £6 from there. It is usually priced somewhere between £10 and £15.

This cream is a finishing cream for after you've finished styling your hair. It is not a styling product, rather a finishing product to condition and soften the hair.
The packaging: Funky and Pink, easy pump dispenser - one pumps enough for your head for long hair, don't press it all the way down if your hair's shorter!
The cream: A whiteish colour that is a similar texture to conditioner. Smooth it through your lengths and voila! It's done. Pleasant smelling and very softening. Leaves your hair feeling smooth. It doesn't create shine but I think it makes your hair feel more conditioned than without using it.
The price: Another BedHead product I didn't get full price. It's about £11 normal price and this is one product I'd not hesitate to spend it on. It can be bought from hairdressers and online but you can't find it in your ...
