After reading lots of reviews on the internet about this product, I decided to go ahead and buy it, and I'm so pleased I did! Many of the reviews I saw said that using too much could make hair look greasy, but so far I have not had that problem, however, I do have VERY thick hair, and I can easily see how it would make thinner hair look greasy. The smell is fantastic- really fruity smelling, although I do find that that nice fruity smell you get at first doesn't last all that long so I re-apply throughout the day/night. It makes my hair lovely and shiny and soft- I have noticed that my boyfriend can't stop touching my hair now! It also helps to smooth frizz and control static. I usually straighten my hair with GHDs, and use After Party as a smoothing/finishing cream, but I also use it when I curl my hair and it works equally well either way.
The only downside to this product I think is the price! It sells for anywhere between £8 and £15, depending on where you get it from. Although many people say they use it sparingly, I find that with thick hair I do end up using what I would consider to be quite a lot in each single application. However, if you can afford to splash out, definitely do! This is a FIRM favourite hair product of mine.
