JML storage bag (jumbo)

Advantages: simple and fast to use, increases your storage space by a lot
Disadvantages: pricey depending where you buy from

...decided to try out the JML jumbo sized vacuum storage bags. The bags come in a cardboard package which contains 2 bags plus 2 little plastic clips (I personally didn't need these). The cardboard package is not very heavy and would probably get crushed and bashed about quite easily. Instructions are printed on the box. ...they were so compressed. JML claim that the bags protect against damp, dust, dirt and bugs. The bags are apparently re-usable and recyclable, but I haven't needed to open any of the bags, so couldn't tell you if they were just as good when re-used. They are suitable for most textile items but not suitable for storing feather filled pillows and duvets (I'm not entirely sure whether any of mine were - oops). Sharp's Fitted Bedroom Furniture

Advantages: Great design, making the most of space.
Disadvantages: Wish we had more storage space.

White, Sherbourne furniture - not wardrobes

Advantages: Made to fit
Disadvantages: No measurements on initial plan, designer didn't give full options of various height/depth/widths.

Replacing previous 12 year old MFI Schrieber self assembly units with more or less same. Sharps fit 'wall to wall' and my stuff was going along a wall under a window, so radiator and elec sockets to be moved. Insisted designer add to paperwork "deposit fully refundable until surveyor visit", then I wouldn't let surveyor visit until we'd got these jobs done and ready to fully commit to non-refundable purchase. Silly to risk losing deposit if elecs ...
...that work completed. Sharps did try to push me along to let the surveyor in (unsuccessfully - I set the pace but did get our side of the work done quickly). Visited showroom 23 May, designer 24th, surveyor 11 June, delivery 18th and fitted 19th. 3 chests of drawers, kneehole dresser, corner top opening unit and 2 bedside cabinets. No wardrobes. B&Q Furniture

Advantages: Looks good, stable, cheap
Disadvantages: instruction book is wrong, glue was useless

...set of draws from this B&Q furniture range. It is stylish looking in dark wood, with attractive panneling effect front on the wardrobe. All the furniture has matching wooden handles that are a usefull size and shape making them easy to use. They were easy to build but the instructions were not brilliantly with the pictures being incorrect showing this on in the wrong places making it a bit confusing. The wood glue that came with this furniture ...

Once up the furniture is stable and looks good having enough space to put clothes and other things. with easy smooth sliding drawers. Sharps bedrooms what a Joke

Advantages: Time Wasting
Disadvantages: Poor workmanship

Sales man gave the ussual pitch then come down from £8.400 to £3000 it took them over 1 hour to come up with this price while producing the drawing we agreed on this figure as it didnt seem to bad considering the design when it came to fitting it seem like a rush job , the fitter damaged one door of which took 3 days to order , but worst of all i found over 25 defects in their work , badly cut partion inserts , looked like he had used a rottweiler ...
...shelves not level plinth units un even , and holes where there shouldnt be , worst was damaged sections with mastic to try and cover the damage , And asked if i was happy with the finished product They agreed to put right but will it be to a good standard for which i have paid for , with all the time wasted and time off work letting delivers to happen and letting fitters in i have be told i shall have a wopping £30 to cover all this Sharps Bedrooms ...
