Ummmm. Beetle Adventure Racing. On paper, this game has the makings of a classic. Huge tracks, hundreds of short cuts, and cool Beetles to race. But along the way something went wrong. Unfortunately, the very details which should have made it great have been its downfall. The tracks are just too big. It takes between 6 and 9 minutes to complete a three lap race. There is a tournament mode which allows you to un-lock new tracks, but it can be sooooo frustrating. You can play for an hour without making any faults, just to get to the final round, and one mistake and you've lost it. The tracks are well designed but you won't have a chance to admire them because you'll be too worried about making a mistake and loosing it. This results in one quickly tiring of this game, which is a pity because it had a lot of potential.
