Advantages: Cheap, Professional, Easy to use Disadvantages: None
...Behringer has gained a deserved reputation amongst musicians on a budget for its ability to produce high-quality, low-price equipment that will rival the quality of the likes of brands such as Korg, whilst still letting you keep a roof over your head. The Xenyx 2442FX proves just that. At around £199.99 RRP, the model retails at half the price of it competitors. Yet it pains me that people still buy from companies such as Korg, Boss, and Casio - all that they are doing is buying the brand name. Behringer know that musicians often aren't made of money, which i find refreshing, and means that Behringer are amongst the brands i can trust.
What Does the Xenyx 2442FX Do?
The Xenyx is a 24-Input powered mixer that has 10 Phantom Power Microphone Preamps; several channel inputs for 1/4 inch jacks or phantom inputs; a state...

...The Behringer DJX700 has to be the best value for money DJ mixer on the market. it is a slight copy of the more expencive Pioneer DJM600S.
the DJX700 comes feature full and i cant think of any thing else that could have been squeezed in to it.
you get a 5 channel mixer (3 phono, 4 line/cd and 1 mic channel) all with individual eq trim. high mid and low.
you get dual beat counters assigned to what ever you put on the crossfader, a full range of kill switches which kill sound excellently with additional kill with the trim. then there are the effects.
this mixer may not have the best effect parimiters but what you get is more than adequite for any DJ to tweak there mixes.
there are 47 individual effects including reverbs, Echos, Delays and filters just to name a few and if thats not enough there is a seperate effects in/out channel...

Advantages: Cheap with beat counters Disadvantages: once your good you will want a better mixer
...Behringer keep spoiling us with great quality mixers at the lowest prices compared to any other manufacturer.
The VMX100 is an entry level dj mixer. it has 2 channels split for phono or line input.
each channel has it own beat counter and full high, mid, low trim..
The beat counters work quite well and along with the tempo and sysc LED displays, any body can learn to mix. there is a best assist button just press this button in time with the beat at the BPM is worked out and the sysc lights will tell you which channel is too fast or too slow.
the head phone mixer can play both channels at once or can be addigned to one channel or the other.
the cross fader in the VMX100 is excellent useing a glide bar to stop your movements damaging it. the life cycle is estimated at 500,000 slided thats alot. after nearly a year practicising my...
