caveat emptor - This fridge freezer has failed twice in the space of a year and a half. This is a nice fridge freezer when it's operational but reliability in our experience has been very poor. It's possible we got a bad unit and there is no inherent design flaw but with only a year warranty and extended warranty costing over a hundred pounds a year which incidentally has been a very poor service in our experience I wish we had gone with a model with 5 year warranty as standard. It's spacious, quiet and the compartments are well laid out but it's no fun having to throw away full bin bags of spoiled food and then having to wait around 9-5pm for a service call that doesn't happen and paying for the privilege. To sum up don't make the mistake and assume modern appliances are reliable and I put a ? over this particular appliance. Avoid paying out for shambolic 'extended warranties' and buy a product that is guaranteed for a reasonable amount of time.
