Do not buy this item. I bought one and so did my brother and less than a year later we have both had to buy new dryers. It takes forever to dry even a few small items, as for towels, forget it. Put a few socks and some underwear in this morning as this is about all it can manage, one hour later, still not dry. I have also had marks on my clothes the same as another reviewer mentioned. If you want something which actually dries your washing choose something other than this model. I have been drying outside and on the radiators as this machine is so poor. New dryer arrives on Monday, can't wait! The only plus I can come up with is that it is easy to use but what good is that if you can't dry anything in it?!
