Installation was easy, and I was impressed by the added safety feature at the reverse of the appliance of two safety chains which you have to drill holes for and attach to the wall. The appliance also has 4 burners of various sizes which enables you to chose the best one according to the size of saucepan you are using ... ...clean and free of dust but also when the lid is down the controls are not functionable.(which if you have children, especially toddlers who may touch the knobs is a great safety feature.The appliance can't be switched on without the lid up!)
The main oven is a good width and heats up fairly quick. I think it could have done with being a bit deeper. I did have to buy new baking trays as mine were ok widthwise but too deep to fit.

Installation was easy, and I was impressed by the added safety feature at the reverse of the appliance of two safety chains which you have to drill holes for and attach to the wall. The appliance also has 4 burners of various sizes which enables you to chose the best one according to the size of saucepan you are using and a glass lid to keep the top, not only clean and free of dust but also when the lid is down the controls are not functionable.(which if you have children, especially toddlers who may touch the knobs is a great safety feature.The appliance can't be switched on without the lid up!) The main oven is a good width and heats up fairly quick. I think it could have done with being a bit deeper. I did have to buy new baking trays as mine were ok widthwise but too deep to fit. The top oven is very handy when there's only me to cook for. The grill is opperated by the same knob as the top oven (just turned in the other direction) unfortunately there is no way of turning it down as it's either on or off with only one heat setting. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE! All hot-plate burners come apart and clean easily. the glass lid also is very easy to keep clean with hot soapy water and a soft cloth to buff. All knobs come off, making the front easy to clean, and both top oven/grill and main oven doors also come apart (with the help of a screw driver) for routine maintenance. I DID pay a bit over the odds for this appliance from my catalogue but overall have been happy with my purchase.
