I thought this was an OK dishwasher for the money initially. What a false economy though!! Six months after purchase, the dishwasher stopped working. It is still under guarantee but trying to get an engineer to come round has been a challenge. Let's just say that Beko customer services need a good kick up the arse. I've had to make many calls to an expensive 0870 number ( I find this disgusting to make money from customers who have bought a company's poor quality, faulty products) which often put me through to the wrong number, hence delaying the pricey call. The
dishwasher has been broken for over a month now and I'm still waiting for the engineer !! Companies like Beko need to realise that customer service is really important ( especially if flogging such poor quality stuff that breaks after 6 months). I will never buy another Beko product after this experience.
