We bought this washing machine in August 2009 and after 1 wash cycle the machine was DEAD - called service and 2.5 weeks later the service engineer replaced a burnt out circuit board (only 1 wash cycle !!). Used the repaired machine and after yet 1 more wash cycle the same has occurred.
Called BEKO head office requesting a replacement and was was told they cannot replace the machine, we need ANOTHER service call - spoke to their independent service contractors and they we astounded - they say thay BEKO customer service is the worst they have experienced and they get all he flack from irrate customers. Waiting for the service engineer to visit again to hopefully agree to replace the machine - fingers crossed !!
My thoughts are.....BEKO products are not very well built and their QA is non existent and then their customer services department treats you like something you have trod in !!
DON'T BUY BEKO PRODUCTS - THEY ARE CRAP AND SO IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
