Beko WM6167

I bought this washing machine from Argos just over six months ago. It currently retails at £219 on their website which is about the same as I paid. My husband did most of the research beforehand and we decided on a Beko because of it's price, efficiency rating and reputation. We have a Beko fridge which we have been very satisfied with for the last three years, so this may also have influenced our purchasing decision. I bought this model from Argos Direct on 15.11.09. First machine broke down in the middle of its first cycle leaving the clothes soaked in soapy water, ruining the whole wash. It did not heat the water (it uses only cold fill), stopped responding to buttons after I tried to change the broken program to rinse or spin in attempt to save the wash. The replacement one was delivered two weeks later and did not even bother to react to pressing its buttons from the beginning.
