Beko WM 5410

...I bought my Beko CA5410W fridge freezer about 20 months ago from comet, and have to say that im appalled by the lack of longevity with this machine, the compressor has broken down, needing a new one to replace which the repair man said would cost £150, avoid this manufacturer unless you have money to waste. There seemed to be nothing wrong with the machine at first, frost free, good capacity, good looking machine, until the breakdown, where it started with a trickling of water, defrosted, and then wouldnt start back up. I have had second hand fridge freezers bought for £100 before now that have lasted 2 to 3 times longer than this machine, they certainly dont make them like they used to. Not recommended. ...We bought our Beko Frost Free Fridge Freezer about 4 years ago. When purchasing it I was a little concerned that it may not last as it was so cheap. I was wrong to worry! We have had no problems with it at all. We have moved house a couple of times with it and still no problems. Everything on it still works and no bits have dropped off. This Fridge Freezer is spacious and easy to clean. The fridge: The shelf heights can be adjusted to suit all needs and the buckets are easy to remove and clean. The Freezer: The drawers are easy to remove and clean and the top section is very handy with an ice draw at the top.... Read review

...I have this machine for 2 years now and it has never let me down once, its easy to use and the instructions are well written. There are no confusing buttons or controls and the fact it has no unnecessary gizmos onboard suits me fine. It does what its meant to and does it well. I have had other Beko products in the past and even though they are cheaper than most of the competiters they are not inferior as far as quality goes. More gizmos only means more can go wrong. It has never damaged any of our clothing and we always get the same amount of socks back what we put in and its spin function is the best i have ever used.... Read review
