The Belinea 102010 is a very good 15" monitor for the price (about £95) it is easy to alter the on-screen settings such as brightness and size.
It looks quite good too - not too much plastic around the screen and not too many buttons - but just enough. The picture quality isn't the best I have seen but for the price you pay its good. Resolutions go up to 1024x768 although at only 15" 800x600 is the easiest to view.
The monitor does have some problems with alternative operating systems like Linux and QNX but they aren't too hard to rectify if you have a little knowledge of computers and the monitor manual.
Overall I would say if you are short of money and want a cheap monitor for use with a Windows system then this is the monitor for you. I wouldn't buy this monitor again but that's because of its size more than anything else, I will be sticking with Belinea but next time I will get a 17"+
